Re-insurance Solutions previously named Selene re was the groups in house captive and specifically concentrated on writing excess of loss re-insurance treaties covering Workman’s compensation and Motor insurance on behalf of the groups insurance companies.
After the sale of ICE’s subsidiaries in Ghana, Angola and Mozambique the company took a decision to place the company in run off and it was closed down in 2018 after all claims were settled.
